Application of Neem Powder for skin and hair

Neem powder can be applied topically to the skin. You can apply it as a dry powder or else mix it with water or an oil such as olive oil or coconut oil and apply.

For getting rid of dandruff, mix the neem powder with water to make a paste. Gently apply in between hair locks & scalp and massage gently. Leave it in for 30 minutes to 1 hour & rinse off with water. You can also mix the neem powder with amla powder, Shikakai powder and Fenugreek (Methi) powder for complete conditioning of hair.

Application of Neem Powder as a face pack

Blend 1 tablespoon of neem powder with lukewarm water. Apply on face. Leave on for about 10 minutes then gently rinse off. Neem powder is an excellent natural astringent and skin cleanser. You can also combine neem powder with amla powder and fuller's earth to create an excellent herbal face pack.
